Green Tea Frappe’

Today I savor my Green Tea Frappé!
Whole leaf green tea steamed just right to prevent bitterness. Cinnamon , Clove powder, saffron and organic palm sugar. Add vanilla almond milk and froth in your blender or bullet.
Green tea has anti-cancer properties, curbs the appetite and gives you energy without the jitters. Cinnamon and cloves helps fight off colds during winter months when viruses and bacteria are high and mighty. Saffron makes you happy and is an anti-oxidant, coconut palm sugar does not spike your glucose index as much as refined and has other benefits that sugar does not have. Always consult with your doctor, otherwise I grind fresh stivia from my garden for natural sweetness.
Sip as you go and experience the healing properties of nature gulp by gulp. This is being present and in the moment.
