Feeding Your Spirit with the Love Smoothie

Love SmoothieAttitude and Gratitude start from the inside. I choose to fuel my spirit by feeding it nutrients that make my inner being smile.

This is a smoothie I’ve been making for the kids this week.

Spinach, Carrots, Coconut shavings, Celery, Pumpkin Seeds, Banana, Yogurt, Protein Powder, Blueberries, Strawberries, Honey and a whole lot of LOVE.

Eat Beautiful to Be Beautiful with the thoughts you choose to have and the food you eat!
